Worldview was designed for Mobile Telecommunication consortia to offer as a value added service to the world’s largest multinational corporations. Worldview gives large companies the business benefit of a globally consolidated billing system. To date, this service has been utilized by 8 mobile operators and 50 Multinational corporations.
Globally consolidated billing
Diverse cellular billing systems are integrated into a common billing format; customers see a single phone bill each month, even where they use several phone operators across multiple countries and currencies.
Global Sales Management
Through the sales segment of Worldview (SPMS) mobile operators can pool sales efforts internationally. Operators have the capability to offer a single mobile phone deal to a Multi-National Company (MNC) across several countries; improving the tradition of negotiating in each country independently. Through this mechanism, operators gain the ability to open up new international prospects and reduce MNC 'churn'.
Reporting
Multinational companies can use Worldview reporting software developed by AWS to analyse their global phone bill, allowing them to predict and strategize their global mobile spend centrally.
Mobile operators are provided with monthly reports by CET, allowing them in turn to plan and predict their interactions with their largest clients.
Worldview Support
Our dedicated team of experts is available for queries and assistance. The team also perform the tasks that keep Worldview running: data retrieval and integration; data quality control; rapid incorporation of joining operators and MNC to the Worldview system.
DTE - Data Transformation Engine
Allows any billing system to be mapped and efficiently transformed to a common billing format. This tool allows additional operators to join Worldview without many of the issues associated with integrating their bespoke billing system to a common format. The benefits of the DTE are impressive: operators costs and implementation time are reduced.
SPMS - Sales Prospect Management System
The first collaborative management and sales tool built for use by a group of mobile phone operators. Operators use this interactive web-based system to coordinate and progress sales efforts across nations.
Secure Data Transfer
Several methods are available to mobile operators for secure transfer of sensitive billing information. These include a secure upload site (HTTPS), an FTP upload area, PGP encryption, and a data retrieval service.
