SCRIPT

SCRIPT is a graphical web-based system used to plan and estimate for the installation and maintenance of linear infrastructure such as pipelines, cables, roads and tracks. Script encompasses relevant details of the infrastructure materials, geographical terrain, installation and maintenance resources and puts them together with a deployment plan to produce accurate management information for large organisations.

SCRIPT Benefits

  • improved decision making – immediate access to mission critical data improves planning and management of costs, timescales, resource utilisation and scheduling.
  • easy to use management information - installation data such as infrastructure, terrain, resource and tasks are easily viewed and distilled into management reports and resource allocation and deployment documents.
  • improved resource allocation - enables resources to be easily deployed over terrain to carry out infrastructure installations.
  • fast communication capabilities – usable information instantly communicated across the organisation to improve project planning, scheduling and installation of infrastructures.
  • investment protection – integrates seamlessly with your existing IT investments.
  • fully adaptable to your business needs – can be tailored to suit your business models, resources and capabilities.
  • maximises use of time and resources – Planning teams can work concurrently on projects to speed us the installation processes.
  • optimisation of planning - installation scenarios can be modelled to maximise use of resources, costs and timescales.

SCRIPT Features

  • calculation engine – utilises an array of component and component to relationship based properties to provide information critical to the planning process, highlighting aspects that break any pre-defined constraints.
  • intuitive drag and drop features
  • mapping capability – graphical terrain elements and infrastructure elements are mapped together to show installation data.
  • graphical deployment diagrams – shows resources allocation to installation across a wide range of terrains.
  • multi-user - allows multiple users to access live data.
  • modelling capability – multiple models of specific project implementations can be produced to determine most effective deployment of resources.
  • ROM calculations – 'Rough Order of Magnitude – ROM' capability enables rapid response to request for quotation queries.
